In training, we will always hit obstacles, walls, and various problems along the way. How we react to it is crucial, and yet we often look at everything else before we get even consider this.
There are some things we can influence, like how much effort we put in, how consistent we are or our discipline outside the gym. There are then things we can't always control, like if a foot strap suddenly rips halfway through a row, or if starts raining during a run.
What we ALWAYS have control over, is how we react to any given issue. The issues we enjoy, we see as challenges and opportunities, the issue we don't like we call problems.
Before you do anything when you hit an obstacle, see how you can affect it with only your attitude. You might be pleasantly surprised.
