COMING UP THIS WEEK // A big week ahead.
Monday is a little different as we will have two options. With two heats running in each class, our first heat will see the Remembrance Workout programmed and our second heat, the last Open Workout 20.5.
Tuesday gets us back working on our Deadlifts with a moderate to heavy load and super-setted with the Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold. Wednesday is testing our pressing strength in a 1RM Strict Press and a gassy workout.
Thursday’s focus is our conditioning with a 20:00 AMRAP and Friday has some single DB Bench Press work and a conditioning piece going every 3:00.
The weekend is BIG! Our biggest event of the year Total is on Saturday. Both friends and family are welcome to this huge event. Sunday we recover a little with some Midline work and an EMOM.
