История такова: на первом фото июнь месяц где-то, я после перерыва и примерно месяц как в режиме, начала тренить совсем по новому. На втором фото ситуация похожая, только я после спаленных мышц, снова в режиме и так же тренируюсь, но подход и методы стали еще лучше.
