Build up to a Push-ups how:
Step 1-Wall Push-ups: stand with ur feet together 1-2 feet from a wall. Place ur hands flat on the wall at the level of ur shoulder. Bend ur arms at the elbow to lower ur body toward the wall until ur head touches the wall. Raise ur body back up by straightening ur arms.
Can do >10 wall push-ups, move on to Step 2.
Step 2-Incline Push-Ups: stands facing an elevated platform. Place hands on edge, slightly wider than shoulder width. Position ur feet together with arms and body straight. Arms should be perpendicular to ur body. Push your body up until arms re extended. Can do >10 incline push-ups, move on to Step 3.
Step 3-Knee Push-Ups: bend knees raise body up of the floor by extending ur arms. Kneeing ur body straight and knees bent, lower ur body to the floor by bending your arms. Push your body up until ur arms are extended. Can do >10 Knee Push-Ups, move on and do
Step 4- Push Ups: position ur body with ur arms straight out, shoulder width, abs tight, holding ur body in plank position. Lower ur body until ur chest almost touch the floor, elbow pulling back, push ur full body in the same time away from the ground until ur arms are almost lock, then repeat 😉
