Can you believe there are SIX weeks left in this decade?
Tonight I did some reflecting on how I can be the best version of me every single day for the rest of 2019.
1) Choose love over fear
2) Quiet my monkey brain 🧠
3) Do work that inspires me
4) Make someone smile
5) Hug and kiss my littles
6) Get outside and feel the (cold) sun ☀️ 7) Set aside time for myself and my hubby
8) Be present
9) Move my body
10) Eat nourishing food 🍎
