ME, MYSELF AND I
One thing I've come to realise certainly over the last year or so, is... in order to help me feel my best or achieve my goals, the biggest contributing factor is looking after ME, showing up every day...if i feel strong and fit physically, i feel strong and fit mentally...and all other areas in my life improve as well.... work, business, family, personal, family, I'm a better person, i have more focus, clarity on purpose and i have way less brain fog.
When i've not been looking after ME... i.e. missing days at the gym, making bad choices more than too often, then everything seems to go bad (N)
I know LIFE happens, circumstances happen, i get that...and there'll always be ups and downs...but if i really want to be in a good place, or at least give myself the best possible chance, i HAVE to put myself first and look after me. I know that working out makes me happy eating well hmmmm 80% of the time lol makes me happy...and if that's all good then I'm all good.
The reality is, having the physical and mental strength is what get's you through the highs or lows, or when you get them you can bounce back much quicker!
So if you're reading this and know that if you aren't looking after yourself as much as you could do, do something this week to change that 😘
