Been out of the gym for a while due to sickness (more like death), but this leg day really HIT💦💦 + I added more weight than usual and my legs were crying 😰
I’ve have never thought about “bulking” or “cutting” before, it was always just to get into shape. Now that I’m feeling good about my body and how far I’ve come, I think it’s time to start something new...🤔 since it’s winter time, I’m going to try and learn how to bulk the right way & once summer hits — BAM! Cutting szn begins☀️
