News year’s resolution: go to the barre more... except I don’t have to leave my house. 🙌🏼 Barre is how I first got started in my entire health and fitness journey. I will never forget my first class. The burning. The struggle. The shaking. And the strength I felt walking out of class. It was different than any other workout I had tried and I was obsessed. Fitness finally became less about what I looked like (though I finally sculpted the lean muscle definition I had always wanted) and more about finding strength in every aspect of my life. The mental clarity was a game changer. Not to mention and incredible community of positive, supportive women. Then I got the opportunity to teach (8 years ago today actually!) and that’s how my entire passion of wanting to help women fall in love with themselves started. And they say you can’t find love at a barre. 😉
