SOBRE MEUS TREINOS: . Pra quem não sabe eu sou atleta de Powerlifting! Já competi 5x. No Panamericano (no Uruguai-19) fui Campeã e Melhor Atleta Jr 🥇 . Respondendo as perguntas de vocês: . Qual a divisão? Atualmente treino 5x/semana, sendo: -segunda: supino -terça: agachamento -quarta: levantamento terra -sexta: supino -sábado: agachamento e levantamento terra *meus treinos mudam semanalmente, toda semana meu treinador me envia uma planilha nova! Sempre tem algumas mudanças!! . Cardio? Não costumo fazer cardio 🙈 não gosto! Obs: apenas vou pra faculdade de bicicleta e sei la se você quer considerar isso cardio, eu gosto só pq economizo e fico me desafiando subindo o morro 🤪 . Quantas séries? Impossível dizer já que meus treinos mudam semanalmente! Atualmente tem 3x6 e 4x5 nos principais e nos outros 4x8 ou 3x10! . Treino de abdômen: Treino 2x/semana atualmente! Infra e completo. . Malho bíceps e tríceps isoladamente sim!! . Duração média dos treinos: Depende do treino, se tem terra eu demoro mais pq enrolo pra desmontar.🙈 Atualmente fica entre 1 hora e 30 min e 2 horas (as vezes menos). . This 345 is moving faster and faster 👀 Hit 345x4x4 yesterday and then hit some bench right after for a good 255x3x6. My strength has definitely gone up since I’ve taken my training more seriously and also after taken my supplements consistently (protein, aminos, vitamins & magnesium) . If you think you’re going to get the best/fastest results without taking some type of supplements then you’re missing out on a lot of gains. The basics that you can do if you’re seriously looking into build is taking protein and BCAA’s, if not then maybe lifting ain’t for you. . . Also of course your diet plays a big role in how much energy you put out and sleep is one of the best recoveries 💤 If you’re not doing enough of both, then again, You’re Missing Out On The GAAAAIIIINNNSSS. . .
