Taking a rest day is just as important❗️❗️❗️
No you won’t lose your progress if you take a day or two of rest. Instead, it’s more beneficial because when you’re lifting you are essentially tearing your muscle fibres. So taking that time will allow you to prevent future injuries and allow your muscles to repair themselves. Over training can also affect your sleep, weaken your immune system and cause mental burnout.
