A favorite meditation practice of mine is watching flame or smoke. Smoke is purifying, and letting your mind indulge in that experience is cleansing in itself.
Want to try it?!
Grab a candle, or incense if you prefer to watch smoke.
Sit in a comfortable position🧘🏼♀️ light candle/ incense.
And gaze at one specific point on the flame or where the smoke tends to dance(swirl). Only focus on that one point.
