One of the biggest lessons I've learnt walking the way of the wild feminine is this: to love yourself, no matter what.
That was probably one of the most profound realisations for me to embody - and I still feel the resistances surfacing when I'm not truly in alignment. When I stumble off track.
Loving everything. Welcoming it all. This is where the medicine lies.
The way of the wild feminine, the way of feminine embodiment, the way of feeling, sensing, expressing; intimacy, darkness, pain; pleasure, receptivity, openness...
The way of the wild feminine supports EVERYTHING is welcome. All of it.
All the "mess" all the "chaos" all the "bad bits".
There is nothing that isn't allowed to be experienced when we commit to this path.
I remember not crying for years. Crying didn't feel safe in my body. It wasn't a release that I let myself express. Instead I stored the emotions away, I locked them up, I swallowed those tears down.
Until it became too much.
When we deny the "negative" sides of us (as they are looked at in this dualistic world) then they just get stuck and stored in the body, manifesting physical symptoms and ailments. Often through anxiety, depression, anger, & rage.
The way of the wild feminine, is allowing ourselves to express and liberate everything that we feel. Allowing it to take up space in your body. Breathing into it. Welcoming it.
Sure, it's scary and unnerving. Often triggering. It's a deep reset of everything we've been told. But it is needed in order to complete the cycle and to release it. In order to lovingly feel it, and let go.
✏️ Journal prompt: where can you open to more compassion & forgiveness, to allow yourself to truly feel what's within?
We allow our depths to be fully revealed & experienced in a safe & sacred container through my six-week Wild Feminine Way Group Program... I'd love for you to be there, sister. Link for more info, in bio.
