I have been thinking about this post all week but then, you know, life 😂. November 19 was National Entrepreneurs' Day, an unofficial American holiday that honors entrepreneurs who are considered the foundation of our country.
When I chose to start my LulaRoe business, I am pretty certain it was my dad who said, “I didn’t know you were an entrepreneur.” And I responded, “I don’t think I am. I did not invent this business.” I did not know what the word truly meant.
Almost 4 years later, I certainly know what it means to be an entrepreneur & a small business owner. It means I work as hard as I can when I can, around our family schedule. I fit work in and take off when needed. @lularoe provided a vehicle for me to better serve my family while still providing an income. A comfortable and stylish vehicle too 💜
I can still remember the night I first considered becoming a LuLaRoe consultant. I couldn’t sleep. The journey hasn’t been easy. It is hard work but it is work on my own terms. And I’m a pretty big fan of that. 🥰
I am hosting a small business Saturday event this weekend with other businesses at my home! If you are local, we would love for you to join us!
And if you been thinking of a change, I would love to tell you more 💜
