Do you think you know your worth? Read this and then decide if you truly believe that. •
Your worth starts at loving yourself MORE than you love yourself.
Let me make that make sense.
Your relationship with yourself has the strongest and loudest voice.
Ask yourself... If I were in a relationship with me, would I stay in that relationship? If the person I was pursuing said this to me, would I leave them or stay? Would I accept this verbal, mental, or physical abuse?
Why do we accept some of the worst love from our own mind? When if ANYONE else were to treat us that way, we would leave and take care of ourself.
Loving yourself is so much more than people give it credit for. It needs to be viewed as a full on relationship. It should merit forgiveness for the things you’ve said or done, BUT it should also be held to the HIGHEST of standards, since it is in fact the closest person to you.
If you try entering into a bond that strong with anyone else before you’ve healed that one, then you will automatically be looking for them to love you in the ways that you don’t love yourself. And do you really think those faint whispers will overcome the loud voice you hear in your own mind 🧠 And what if that person leaves? Then your life crumbles without them? You will spend your entire life feeling like you don’t measure up to them, because you don’t measure up to yourself.
Despite them telling you OVER and OVER again that you do measure up, unless you believe it and truly love your own mind, soul, and body, you will never feel like you measure up for anyone.
Why? Because the closest relationship you have, is yourself. The relationship with the most powerful voice into dictating your life, is your relationship with yourself. If that is unhealthy... Everything after will look no different.
You hold the ability to feel powerful, strong, beautiful, and capable to conquer the world.
So will you let yourself do it?
