Taking a leap of FAITH, is you need to jump first to see how high you will soar 🦅
After I committed to working out, eating better & taking care of myself, the first thing that filled my mind was fear. I had done many programs before, wasted money and nothing stuck with me.
This time is wasn’t about money, it was 𝘏𝘖𝘗𝘌
It was worth fighting my demons by first taking care of me. I couldn’t control my emotions, or external sources, but I could control my attitude 🦸🏻♀️
I choose working out cause I knew that would make me feel good & a start to address chronic health conditions I was facing.😞
The physical pain I felt from the workouts helped release the emotional pain I was feeling. It’s like for a period of time, you forget all your pain and get immersed in the experience.
Slowly I started enjoying working out. I found 5-10 mins every morning to read self-help books or listen to a podcast. Soon I started following guided meditation.
I started to heal & it gave me HOPE
My biggest victory is not the physical transformation, but the 𝘔𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘯𝘦.
It took over 2 years of struggles, overcoming low self esteem, reading books, meditating, and time to create BELIEF in myself that I can do anything. 🤸🏻♂️
I found support, love, like minded people on my journey as clients, coaches, friends in who are my besties our bigger coaching community.👭
This is HUGE for someone who has once considered, it was not worth living.
I want YOU to know

YOU can overcome anything if you have HOPE 💓

This is the beginning of many new adventures 💃
